Eligibility: Voters must be Ohio residents, aged 21 and older, and will receive a voter ID number required to vote.

One Vote per Category: Voters can only vote once per category. Any duplicate votes will be rejected.

Restricted Voters: Owners, employees of participating dispensaries, state or government employees are not allowed to vote.

Non-Medical Patients: You do not have to be a medical cannabis patient to participate in voting.

Voting Platform: All voting will take place exclusively on www.ohiocannabisawards.com.

End of Voting: Voting ends on 10/28. Winners will be announced at the Cannabis Awards Dinner in Canton, Ohio.

Suspicious Activity: Any suspicious submissions or attempts to manipulate the system will result in rejection. Attempts to create duplicate accounts will lead to a lifetime ban from voting.

No Cost to Vote: There is no fee or requirement to purchase anything from the Ohio Cannabis Awards to vote.
